Ruby Ann Flores

With great sadness, we announce the passing of Ruby Ann Flores, age 32. She entered into eternal rest on Sunday, July 23, 2023 in San Antonio, Texas. Ruby was born on June 25, 1991 in Del Rio,Texas to Ruben and Sylvia Flores. Ruby was an extremely free spirit who always expressed her true thoughts and feelings but always accepted everyone for who they were. She was such a energetic and outgoing person. She enjoyed spending her free time with family and friends assisting at the Del Rio Comic-Con Convention and Paranormal Investigating Projects. Ruby was an extremely big horror fanatic and always looked forward to newly released films. She was a family oriented and always attended her nephew's, Jaime Lee Garza, Jr. flag and tackle football games and her niece's, Khalisee Nikole Flores, pageant events. Ruby enjoyed spending time at the Casino and always seemed to have the best of luck. If Ruby wasn't at the Casino she was definitely setting up family Bingo nights filled with great laughs. Our hearts ache with extreme sadness but Ruby Ann Flores will be missed by all her family and her many, many friends. We will miss you, until we meet again. She is survived by her Husband, Richard Santos, brother Ruben Flores, Sister -in-law Mayra Santillan de Flores; Aunts Griselda Natividad, Billie Powers, Hilda Lopez and several aunts ; Uncles Arturo Rodriguez Sr., Dale Powers, Jesse Lopez, and several uncles; cousins Carina Rodriguez, Arturo Rodriguez, Jr., Angel Rodriguez, Mikey Rodriguez, David Natividad, Mayra Puente, Kathy Ann Ginyard, and numerous cousins. She is also survived by her nieces Khalisee Nikole Flores, Marylu Flores, Arielle Rodriguez, Aria Belle Natividad and several nieces; nephews Jaime Lee Garza, Jr., and several nephews. Visitation will take place Friday, July 28, 2023, 4:00pm-9:00pm at Amistad Funeral Home, 114 Fletcher Dr., Del Rio, Texas, 78840. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, July 29, 2023, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church at 10:00am. Gentlemen with the honor of pallbearers; Arturo Rodriguez, Sr., Ozzy Flores, David Natividad. Angel Rodriguez, Rudy Delgado and Willie Serrano. Honorary pallbearers Jaime Lee Garza, Jr., and Khalisse Nikole Flores. Interment to follow at San Felipe Cemetery.
